About us
We moved to Exmoor in July 2007 for probably the same reasons that you are coming to visit. Having spent several years in London working in restaurants, bars and event catering we wanted to escape the city and make a life for ourselves in the country. Our passion for good food and ingredients is what inspired us both to start our own business, and when we found the Royal Oak, we thought we would give it a go! We made the right decision, and are loving getting to know our new community and the challenge that reviving this fabulous inn is giving us.
